#### What will the transaction look like on my bank account?

Your transfer is processed as a standard remittance payment.

Our banking partners send PKR directly to your local bank account, meaning your bank will not see any stablecoin or crypto-related activity. PRC will also be issued against the remittance payment by the local bank if eligible.

***

#### Is Sorbet safe and regulated?

Yes. We work with licensed liquidity providers and regulated financial institutions to power transactions securely and compliantly.

We’ve already onboarded over 3,000 users who use Sorbet for cross-border payments and remittances.

***

#### How does the process work?

Getting started is simple:

1. Sign up for a Sorbet account
2. Complete identity verification
3. Deposit USDC or USDT into your Sorbet wallet
4. Add your Pakistani bank account as a recipient
5. Send funds directly to your bank account in PKR
6. Receive funds in your bank account within 0-1 day.

The process is designed to be fast, simple, and user-friendly — even if you’ve never used crypto before.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Payouts to local business accounts in Pakistan are not currently supported. However, payouts to local individual accounts can be made without any issues.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.mysorbet.xyz/sorbet/how-it-works/pakistan-faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
