Overview** The Sorbet Affiliate Program allows eligible users to earn rewards by referring businesses to Sorbet and creating content that promotes the platform. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms in full. *** **2. Eligibility** To participate in the Sorbet Affiliate Program you must: * Hold an active, verified Sorbet account in good standing * Complete KYC verification before any rewards are paid out * Agree to represent Sorbet's product and brand honestly and accurately at all times Sorbet reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion. *** **3. You will need an active Sorbet account to complete your application. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to track your activity and earnings. *** **4. Ways to earn** There are three ways to earn rewards as a Sorbet affiliate: **Content rewards** — earn $50 per post when you publish original content about Sorbet on your channels. Content rewards are capped at 2 rewarded posts per month. Additional posts are welcome but will not be compensated. **Payment perks** — as a Sorbet affiliate, you pay 0% in payment fees for your first 3 months on the platform. **Referral commission** — earn 1% of every transfer made by a business you refer to Sorbet. To qualify for the 3-month referral commission window, the referred business must complete their first transaction within 3 months of signing up. There is no cap on the total number of businesses you can refer or on the total commission you can earn. *** **5. Referral conditions** * Referred businesses must create a new Sorbet business account using your unique referral link * Referred businesses must complete KYC and be approved before any commission is earned * Self-referrals are not permitted — you may not refer your own business or use secondary accounts to generate commission * Referral commission applies to transfers made within the qualifying 3-month period from the date the referred business completes their first transaction *** **6. Content guidelines** * All content must be original and created by you * Content must accurately represent Sorbet's product, fees, and features — misleading claims are not permitted * Paid ads or sponsored promotion using your affiliate link are not allowed without prior written approval from Sorbet * Spam, unsolicited messaging, or any form of deceptive distribution is strictly prohibited *** **7. Reward payments** All rewards — including content rewards and referral commissions — are calculated and paid at the end of each calendar month. Payments are made directly into your Sorbet account. Earnings must clear the applicable review period before they are released. Sorbet reserves the right to withhold payment if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms. *** **8. Program modifications and termination** Sorbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time with reasonable notice. Sorbet may also suspend or permanently remove any affiliate who violates these terms, without obligation to pay outstanding rewards where a breach has occurred. *** **9. No employment or agency relationship** Participation in the Sorbet Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Sorbet. You are an independent participant in the program. *** **10. Governing law** These terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE.
